What happens if it's supposed to rain?

If the rain is light, we will continue the service as usual and may ask to move the vehicle under available cover, such as a garage, if possible. In cases of heavy rain or thunderstorms, we may need to either bring the vehicle to our shop in Shakopee or reschedule the appointment for another day.

What do I need to do prior to my appointment?

We ask that all personal belongings and excess trash be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. If you would like the glove compartment and/or center console cleaned, please empty those areas as well so we can properly access and clean them.

Do you charge more for extra dirty vehicles?

We do not automatically charge more based on the condition of the vehicle. However, if the vehicle requires significantly more time and labor to achieve the desired results, we will communicate that beforehand and provide a starting quote for any additional work needed. If additional work is declined, we will still do our best to clean the vehicle within the agreed-upon service package and pricing.

What if I live in an apartment building or work in an office during a mobile appointment?

We frequently service vehicles at apartment complexes and office buildings. We ask that you coordinate with your building management and any neighboring businesses that share the parking area to ensure we are permitted to work on-site during your appointment. If access is denied, we can coordinate a pickup and drop-off service and complete the work at our location instead.

What additional services do you offer?

In addition to our detailing packages, we are happy to quote custom requests based on your vehicle's needs. Additional services may include engine bay cleaning, carpet shampooing, salt removal, headliner cleaning, exterior trim restoration, and more.
