These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the High Shine Detailing website and your purchase of our detailing, ceramic coating, and vinyl wrapping services. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

High Shine Detailing is a Minnesota-based auto detailing business located at 590 Citation Drive, Shakopee, MN 55379. We provide mobile and in-shop services throughout the Twin Cities south metro.

2. Booking and Appointments

All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system or by phone. When you book a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, condition)
• Have the vehicle reasonably accessible at the scheduled time
• Disclose any pre-existing damage, modifications, or sensitive surfaces before service begins

For mobile appointments, you are responsible for providing a safe, legal location with adequate space (we bring our own water and power).

3. Pricing

Posted prices reflect standard sedan-sized vehicles in normal condition. Final pricing may adjust for:

• Vehicle size (SUVs, trucks, and 3-row vehicles incur size upcharges)
• Excessive condition (pet hair, heavy stains, biohazards, deep grime, mold, or paint defects beyond normal wear)
• Add-on services requested at time of service

Any price adjustment will be communicated and approved before work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and digital payments processed through Square.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Please give us at least 3 days' notice to cancel or reschedule. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable — if you cancel, reschedule outside the 3-day window, or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will not be returned. We do not charge any additional cancellation or no-show fees beyond the forfeited deposit.

If weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control prevent service, we will reschedule at no cost to you and your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

6. Service Standards and Limitations

We use professional-grade products and equipment and stand behind our craftsmanship. However:

• Detailing is a restoration service, not a repair service. We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, odors, swirl marks, scratches, paint defects, or pre-existing damage.
• Ceramic coatings and vinyl wraps have service-specific warranties provided separately at time of purchase. Warranties require proper aftercare as instructed.
• Vehicles with pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, deteriorated paint or clear coat, or sensitive aftermarket films may not be eligible for certain services. We will discuss limitations before work begins.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Before service, please:

• Remove personal belongings, valuables, and child seats from the interior
• Disclose known mechanical, paint, glass, or upholstery issues
• Provide accurate access instructions for mobile appointments

We are not responsible for damage to fragile or improperly installed aftermarket components, items left in the vehicle, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for any damage caused by previously failing or known electrical issues, or by worn, deteriorated, or failing water-protection gaskets, seals, or weatherstripping. It is the customer's responsibility to disclose these conditions before service begins.

9. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph or record vehicles before and after service for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. We do not photograph license plates or any personally identifying information. If you'd prefer your vehicle not be photographed, let us know before service.

10. Website Use

The content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and design — is the property of High Shine Detailing and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Scott County, Minnesota.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
